Upcoming: CCG side event in Munich Security Conference 2026 on Global Value Chain Security and Cooperation
This will be the 8th official side event to be held by CCG at the Munich Security Conference since 2019.
From 17:30 to 19:00 on Saturday, February 14, 2026, the Center for China and Globalization (CCG) will host an official side event at Salon I (Rosewood) during the 62nd Munich Security Conference (MSC).
Titled “‘Chain’ or ‘Chasm’? Rethinking Global Value Chain Security and Cooperation Amid U.S.-China Trade Dynamics,” the session will bring together more than 30 senior participants from government, leading think tanks, academia, and the media.
The 62nd MSC will be held in Munich from 13–15 February 2026, bringing together nearly 50 heads of state and government.
CCG is the only mainland Chinese organisation to have hosted an official side event at the Munich Security Conference. This year’s event will be CCG’s eighth official side event at the conference since 2019.
Additionally, CCG has translated the Munich Security Report 2026 and published the Chinese version on its social media channels.
