The Center for China and Globalization (CCG) will host a luncheon dialogue with Henry Paulson, Founder and Chairman of the Paulson Institute, and former U.S. Secretary of the Treasury.
The event will bring together representatives from the policy, business, and academic communities in Beijing, including foreign ambassadors and representatives of international organizations in China. It will be a unique opportunity to listen to the insight from a towering U.S. figure, as well as exchanges from other high-profile guests in Beijing
Henry Paulson served as the 74th U.S. Secretary of the Treasury from 2006 to 2009 and played a key role in the U.S. response to the 2008 global financial crisis. Before entering public service, he spent more than three decades at Goldman Sachs, including as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is also the author of On the Brink and Dealing with China.
