Barnabas (Barney) Reynolds is a partner in the Firm’s Financial Services Group. He has played a significant role in the development of financial regulatory regimes, including advising on the establishment of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), and work relating to the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). He also advised the UK government and market participants on legal and regulatory issues arising from the UK’s withdrawal from the European Union.
